I’m Andrew Benson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’m here to offer you support in navigating through the pain to a place of healing and growth.

And if you have a sense of what you need but aren’t sure where to start, I’m fully prepared to assist you. Remember, you’re not alone on this journey, even if it sometimes feels that way.

In our sessions, my aim is to support you as you gain insight, heal, and grow. You can trust in my commitment to help you emerge feeling renewed and empowered. You can expect a supportive atmosphere where you’re encouraged to express yourself openly.

We’ll work together to identify your goals, explore underlying issues, and strengthen your skills to be able to heal from the pain. I am here to help you navigate these experiences with care and expertise. Through a blend of mindfulness practices and DBT, I will help you break free from the cycle of overthinking and suffering, so you can find peace and start living the life you truly want.
